Why Student Feedback Matters

Giving great feedback is one of the simplest ways to become a teacher that students and parents can't wait to book again.

Good feedback is much more than a summary of what happened in class. It's an opportunity to strengthen your relationship with your students, reassure parents that they're getting excellent value, and keep everyone focused on the learner's long-term progress.

Start by celebrating success. Genuine praise builds confidence, motivates students to keep trying, and creates positive associations with learning English. Even when a lesson has been challenging, there's always something worth recognising.
